Changing the way women receive healthcare  ---------------

Featured Program:
Midlife Thrive Academy

Seeking clarity as to what is going on at midlife? Fuel your future with knowledge and empowerment. The Midlife Thrive Academy is specifically curated to address the prevalent misinformation surrounding the menopause transition. My mission is to empower women with evidence-based information to make informed decisions about their health during menopause. Topics covered include: weight management, menopause hormone therapy, vulvovaginal health, bone health, brain health and non-hormonal treatment options including supplements.

As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, I ensure that the content is evidence-based and regularly updated, offering lifetime access for ongoing education and support through the menopause transition. The first live cohort started May 2024. The next cohort is expected to open in Fall 2024. Get one the waitlist to be the first to know when doors open!

Globally, heart disease is the leading cause of death in women. Many women are unaware of this. This is why I am having conversations everyday in my office with women about their cholesterol and blood pressure.

You may be doing your yearly blood test with your doctor, but have no idea where your levels are because you do not get a call back from your doctor unless medication is needed. I want to empower you to know exactly what to look for on your blood test results so that you can become your own health advocate.

We have a sexual miseducation of women everywhere… and this has led to women feeling like something is wrong with them, and their relationship.

The low libido fix is not going to come from a supplement... (something many women come to see me for)

Here’s where the problem lies…

We are judging a woman’s sexuality by the standard of men’s sexuality. And that’s completely wrong.

We know A LOT about the female sexual response and anatomy, you just never had someone explain this to you.

Women need these conversations. We need to understand our bodies. It’s never too late to learn this information.

Let’s be honest – our sexual education focused on STIs and not getting pregnant. That’s it.

Have you gone to your doctor’s office to discuss experiencing vaginal dryness and pain with intercourse? Is there currently tension in your relationship because sexual intimacy is almost non-existent?

Maybe you’ve been told by your doctor the following:

+you have to live with pain during intercourse now, what did you expect to happen?

+vaginal dryness and irritation is just part of “aging”

+this is the way life is going to be from now on

+there are other ways to please your partner

These are things I hear every day in my office from my patients. I’m sure you are feeling frustrated and unheard. I am here to tell you that there are answers. Safe and effective solutions. It's time to reclaim your comfort, confidence, and overall well-being.
