You may be doing your yearly blood test with your doctor, but have no idea where your levels are because you do not get a call back from your doctor unless medication is needed. But there is this "window of opportunity" as I like to call it, where your levels are elevated (and medication isn't recommended YET), and we can make the necessary diet and lifestyle changes to optimize those levels.

There is still so much misinformation when it comes to hormone therapy for menopause.


Is hormone therapy for every woman? Of course not. My goal is to help provide the evidence-based information so that you can make an informed decision for YOU. 

By the year 2025, the number of postmenopausal women is expected to rise to 1.1 billion worldwide. I am here to be a part of the solution and help women thrive through this time of their life. I believe your quality of life is extremely important and this is not a phase of life that you need to suffer through. 

I have a mission that menopause is going to be a stage of life that we start celebrating, that we have an abundance of practitioners that can help support women at midlife.

I became really passionate about menopause when I saw my own mom and aunt, who are literally my best friends, transition through this period of time with little to no conversations with their healthcare provider. Their symptoms wouldn’t be classified as “severe” but I just wondered why there wasn’t really a discussion about bone health, cardiovascular health, brain health, that prevention piece. All these things that we know really start to impact women during this time.

The goal of this masterclass is to empower you with the knowledge you need to transition through this period of time with ease. Menopause is a stage of life, it's not a disease. But that doesn't mean you have to suffer through this period.
